Your Friends at a Glance
The Friends page shows a live-updating list of all your friends with their current information.
What you can see
For each friend (depending on their privacy settings), you may see:
- Avatar and username
- Status message (if they've set one)
- Location (generalized to their precision level)
- Timezone and local time
- Distance from you (when available)
Sorting options
Use the sort dropdown to organize the list by:
- Alphabetical: Friends sorted A to Z by username
- Timezone: Grouped by UTC offset
- Distance: Closest friends first (friends without a calculable distance appear at the end)
Understanding the distance display
When distance is shown, it looks like:
~320 km ± 50 km away
This is an approximation based on both users' generalized locations. See the "How Distance Works" article for a full explanation of when distance appears and when it doesn't.
Clicking a friend
Tap or click a friend's entry to view their profile page, where you can see their full details and find them on the map.
